We respect your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it and how it is protected when you use Bases Loaded on iOS.

Bases Loaded is operated by Nextgen Creative Pty Ltd trading as Activate Studios ("we", "us").

Information we collect

• Email address. Required to register and to save your progress.
• Player name and scores. Used to run the game and the leaderboard.
• Password. We do not store your password. Authentication is handled by our secure backend.
• Camera use. The front camera is used for body tracking during gameplay. Camera images are processed on your device in real time. They are never recorded, stored or transmitted.
• App performance data. We use Google Firebase to collect anonymous performance and crash data. It contains no personal information.

How we use your information

• Create and manage your account.
• Save your progress, cards and achievements.
• Run the leaderboard.
• Improve the App's performance and reliability.

The leaderboard

The App includes a leaderboard. The player name you choose and your score are visible to other players. Nothing else about you is shown. Choose a player name you are comfortable showing publicly.

Sharing of information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers. We share limited data only where it is needed to run the App securely, or where the law requires it.

Where your data is stored

Your account data is stored on Amazon Web Services in the Sydney region (ap-southeast-2), in Australia.

Data security

• We do not store your password.
• Access to account data is restricted.
• Industry-standard security measures are used to protect your data.

How long we keep it

We keep your account data for as long as your account exists. If you delete your account, we delete the personal information associated with it.

Children's privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has registered an account, contact us and we will delete it.

Your rights

• You can delete your account at any time from Settings inside the App.
• You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing us.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we do, we will update the Effective Date above.
