Bases Loaded

Terms of Service

Welcome to Bases Loaded. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Bases Loaded mobile application (the "App"), operated by Nextgen Creative Pty Ltd trading as Activate Studios ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the app

• The App is provided for your personal, non-commercial use.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
• You agree not to misuse the App, for example by attempting to disrupt, damage or gain unauthorised access to it.

2. Accounts

• To use the App you must register with a valid email address.
• You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for activity that occurs under your account.
• You can delete your account at any time from Settings inside the App, or by emailing us.

3. Camera and AR features

• The App uses your device's front camera so that the games can follow your movement.
• Camera images are processed on your device in real time. They are not recorded, stored or transmitted.

4. Leaderboard

The App includes a leaderboard. The player name you choose and your score are visible to other players. Choose a player name you are comfortable showing publicly.

5. Data and privacy

Your privacy matters to us. Please see our Privacy Policy for details of what we collect and how we handle it.

6. Intellectual property

• The App and its content, including graphics, code, characters and logos, are owned by Nextgen Creative Pty Ltd trading as Activate Studios, or licensed to us.
• You may not copy, distribute or modify the App without our permission.

7. Third party services

We use Google Firebase to collect anonymous app performance data. These services are subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you breach these Terms or misuse the App.

9. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that it will always work without errors or interruptions.

Bases Loaded involves physical movement. Play within your own limits, in a clear space, and stop if you feel unwell. You take part at your own risk.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
